Downloading and running one of the VNC files above allows FP support staff to temporarily see your screen and/or to remotely control your computer in order to install our software or to offer technical support assistance for our software. Once you or we end the connection, we cannot re-connect to your computer without you re-downloading and/or running the VNC file again from your side.
